Daytona Sprint

For a race event with more than 7 participants we would recommend the -SPRINT  (Minimum 6, Maximum 24 drivers)
Daytona SPRINT Event (One 12 Minute heat for qualifying and One Final heat of 15 laps)
A SPRINT event is the smallest and quickest event and is excellent for a small group of people.

All the drivers participate at the same time competing with one another. The event starts with a 15 minute drivers briefing. During the briefing our race director explains to the drivers the event format, the circuit and emphasizes on safety. The briefing is followed by one qualifying heat of 12 minutes each (Starting from the grid for every heat). Once the qualifying is completed the starting grid for the final session is set up based on each driver point collection from the two qualifying rounds. The final heat begins and the first driver to cross the finish line after 15 laps is the winner.

Daytona Grand Prix

Daytona GRAND PRIX Event ( One 15 Minute heat for qualifying and One Final heat of15 laps.

A GRAND PRIX race is an extended version of the mentioned -Daytona SPRINT Event which makes it fairer and even more exciting.

Daytona Le Mans

For a race event with more than 14 participants we would recommend the Endurance format.

(Minimum 14 drivers, Maximum Unlimited)
Daytona Le Mans ENDURANCE Event (10 minutes qualifying + 1(+) Hour(s) )

An endurance event is an excellent Team building event for both male and female. It creates an excellent atmosphere and keeps the participants excited throughout the event.
This event is a 'Le-Man' type race with 2 to 4 drivers per Team and each Team sharing one kart. The event starts with a 15 minute drivers briefing. During the briefing our race director explains to the drivers the event format, the circuit and emphasizes on safety.

The briefing is followed by a 10 minute qualifying round where each Team member in turn tries to position his Team on the front row of the starting grid by completing the fastest lap.
Once the qualifying is completed the starting grid is set up based on each Teams lap time from the qualifying round. The first driver for each Team is selected and the race begins. Based on each Team's strategy (formulated by the Team members) the driver changes are made. The race runs for 60 minutes nonstop and the first Team to cross the finish line is the winner.

Throughout the race the lap time, position of each Team/driver and best laps are displayed on monitors in the cafeteria for the Team mates and spectators to watch. After the end of their heat/run all details can be viewed  on the Monitor and on the RaceFacer app displaying lap times, position, results etc.

We are open to any additional requirements or suggestions that you may have in regards in setting up your race format.
